The DLSL-1300C solvent-free laminating machine is a new generation high-speed solvent-free laminating machine successfully developed by our company based on the experience of European users and the technology of the most advanced international manufacturers.
This machine is suitable for high-speed lamination of different types of films, paper, and aluminum plated films, with advantages such as good performance, low cost, high yield, and no residual solution in the product.
The main features are:
a) Adopting advanced five roll coating method, applying glue through three roll transfer, and controlling the amount of glue with high-precision quantitative rollers;
b) Accurate, uniform, and easy to adjust coating amount control;
c) Fully servo motor transmission ensures constant speed and tension at all control points;
d) Good safety, the main electrical safety meets CE standards.
