Scope of application:
Fire resistant compensating wires and cables for thermocouplesSuitable for connecting thermal instrumentation systems under high temperature conditions (-60 ℃ -500 ℃), thermocouples with fire-resistant compensating wires and cables are widely used in metallurgy, casting, refining, chemical, mechanical and other fields.
Main features:
The heat-resistant 500 ℃ compensating wire (cable) adopts new technology and process, which enables its heat-resistant temperature to be in the range of -60 ℃ -500 ℃. At low temperatures, its wire (cable) does not harden and can bend in any way. Its technical performance is reliable, especially when the flame directly burns on the surface of the wire, there will be no short circuit or open circuit fault for a certain period of time. The unique heat resistance of refractory compensating wire and compensating cable used for thermocouples is incomparable to that of silicone rubber and polytetrafluoroethylene wire, thus ensuring the normal operation of thermal instrument systems in high temperature and emergency situations.
Reference standards: GB/T4989-94 JB/T9496-99, IEC331, IEC371.
