Product Introduction

Shanghai Yichi Optoelectronics has launched a terahertz time-domain spectrometer reflection test module, which can be used in any parallel terahertz time-domain optical path. The default incident angle is 30 °, and the structural design of the up and down reflection can synchronize the phase of the sample and the reference plane. This means that simply adding a module can expand the testing capabilities of your existing terahertz time-domain spectrometer, enabling it to test high reflectivity and high absorption materials.

There is a sample substrate and two lens mounting interfaces on the terahertz reflection module, and we also provide TPX lenses for focusing testing. It also includes two compression adapters, one of which can hold samples larger than 30 * 30mm in size for testing collimated THz beams. Small aperture tablets need to be used in conjunction with lenses to focus terahertz beams for testing samples.
