Product Features and Applications
The HR series centrifuge is a horizontal two-stage piston push and continuous operation filtration centrifuge. Capable of continuous feeding, separation, washing, unloading and other processes at full speed operation. It has the characteristics of continuous operation, smooth operation, high separation factor, large production capacity, high yield, good washing effect, low moisture content of filter cake, and low solid content of mother liquor. Suitable for separating suspensions containing solid particles with particle size greater than 0.08mm and concentration greater than 40%. Suitable for industries such as chemical, fertilizer, alkali production, salt production, etc., especially suitable for solid-liquid separation of sodium chloride, ammonium chloride, ammonium bicarbonate, sodium sulfate, urea, etc.
