Thermo Scientific Talos F200i S/TEM is a field emission scanning/transmission electron microscope used by Thermo Fisher for high-resolution imaging and analysis applications. Its voltage range is 20 to 200 kV and is designed to meet the performance and efficiency of various materials science samples and specimens. Symmetrically arranged dual 100 mm2 Racetrack detectors (Dual-X) are now available to improve analysis throughput.
The Talos F200i standard X-TWIN objective lens has flexible pole shoe spacing in applications, combined with high reproducibility tube design, which can support high-resolution two-dimensional and three-dimensional characterization analysis, in-situ dynamic observation, and electron diffraction applications. The Talos F200i is also equipped with a 4k × 4k Ceta 16M camera, which provides a large field of view, high sensitivity, and fast imaging on a 64 bit platform.
Talos F200i S/TEM is designed for multi-user and multidisciplinary environments and is equipped with Thermo Scientific, which can be used on all Thermo Fisher TEM platforms ™ Velox ™ The user interface is also very user-friendly for new users. In addition, all TEM daily adjustments have been automated to provide repeatable daily settings. The automatic adjustment function simplifies the learning process for beginners, reduces tense relationships in multi-user environments, and enables experienced operators to obtain data information in a shorter amount of time.
