Working principle

Slurry supply process: The control panel closes the inlet water valve (3) and opens the return water valve (2) through the hydraulic station. At this time, the slurry in the high-level feeding bin (1) is pushed into the slurry check valve (7) by the pressure difference and enters the lower part of the floating ball (4) in the isolation tank (5). The floating ball (4) rises, and the slurry gradually fills the tank body. At the same time, the clear water in the upper part of the floating ball (4) returns to the clean water tank (10) through the return water valve (2), and the water in the clean water tank is circulated for use.

Slurry discharge process: The control panel closes the return water valve (2) and opens the inlet water valve (3) through the hydraulic station. At this time, the high-pressure water from the clean water pump (9) is supplied from the upper part of the isolation tank (5) to its interior through the inlet water valve (3), thereby pushing the floating ball (4) to move downwards. At the same time, the inlet check valve (7) is automatically closed by pressure, and the discharge check valve (6) is automatically opened. At this time, the slurry at the lower part of the floating ball (4) is transported to the designated location through the external pipeline.

The feeding and discharging processes of the three isolation tanks are alternately carried out to ensure the continuous supply and discharge of the equipment and the stability of the discharge pipeline. The control panel detects the operation status of the floating ball point through sensors on the isolation tank, adjusts the matching of the water pump flow rate with the slurry flow rate, and can also determine whether the equipment modification is normal.

The water isolation slurry pump is automatically controlled by an industrial control machine. Determine whether to configure a variable frequency speed regulation device based on the on-site situation.

working principle:

Taking a single tank as an example, the natural pressure of the high-level feeding bin 1 is used to press the slurry into the interior of the diaphragm 5 in the diaphragm tank 6 through the inlet check valve 8. At the same time, the return water clear water valve 2 is in the open state and the inlet water clear water valve 3 is in the closed state. The clean water outside the diaphragm returns to the circulating water tank 10 through the return water valve 2, completing the slurry inlet process; After the slurry inlet is completed, close the return water clean water valve 2 and open the inlet clean water valve 3. High pressure clean water is provided by the multi-stage clean water pump 9 and enters the interlayer between the diaphragm tank 6 and the diaphragm 5 through the inlet clean water valve 3. The diaphragm is compressed and deformed, and the slurry inside the diaphragm is discharged to the discharge pipeline through the discharge check valve 7. Three diaphragm tanks alternate suction and discharge of slurry, with a phase angle difference of 120 ° in operation. Achieve the goal of continuous slurry discharge.

The movement state of the diaphragm is achieved by a detection device installed on the isolation tank, and the adjustment of flow matching and flow fluctuations is achieved through data acquisition from displacement sensors in the silo and water tank, controlled by a microcomputer through frequency conversion. Fault detection is carried out by the clear water valve, and its faults are judged and processed by the microcomputer.

Intelligent diaphragm pump is a highly intelligent device, with all work operations randomly adjusted and fault diagnosis and emergency handling implemented by a microcomputer.
