Application target:

It can test samples of any size or shape, and is ideal for abrasion testing of products with contour and polished surface characteristics (such as computer mice and other computer or IT product plastic topcoat wear resistance testing). It is commonly used for plastic, automotive parts, rubber, leather and textile, electroplating, freely detachable components, paints, printed patterns and other products.

Operation Manual

1. Insert the randomly distributed power cord into the power socket on the left panel of the host. And connect the power cord to a power source that complies with safety regulations.

2. Open the upper cover of the host and adjust the left travel nut according to the testing needs. And insert the grinding head connecting rod into the assembly hole on the right end of the host connecting rod (the weight of the grinding head connecting rod is 350g). After placing the test samples and adjusting the required load according to the testing requirements, cover the upper cover of the host.

3. Turn on the main power switch on the left panel of the host to enter the operation interface.

4. Set the required testing speed and frequency in sequence. (Maximum speed is 60 revolutions per minute)

6. Press the "start" switch to start running.

7. Automatically record the number of runs during operation and stop automatically when the preset value is reached. To test again according to the previous settings, simply click "Reset".

After the test is completed, directly turn off the main power switch on the left side of the host.

Maintenance matters

1. The instrument must be placed on a stable ground before use,

2. It is not allowed to move the machine during use;

3. Choose the corresponding power supply voltage, do not exceed it to avoid burning out the components;

4. In case of any abnormalities in the instrument, please contact our company for timely handling;

5. The machine must have a good ventilation environment during operation.

6. Due to the high operating load, please add lubricating oil to the mechanical components of the button machine in a timely manner;

7. After each experiment, clean the machine and keep it clean;

8. The control box should be wiped with a dry cloth and not with a damp cloth.
