Product Introduction
1、 Scope of application
TXM1 series plastic shell circuit breaker(CM1 molded case circuit breaker)It is a new type of circuit breaker developed and researched using advanced international design and manufacturing technology. Its rated insulation voltage is 690V, suitable for circuits with AC 50Hz, rated working voltage of 400V and below, and rated working current of 800A and below for infrequent switching and motor starting. The circuit breaker has overload, short circuit, and undervoltage protection devices to protect the circuit and power equipment from damage.CM1 molded case circuit breakers are classified into four types based on their rated ultimate short-circuit breaking capacity (LCU): C-type (economy type), L-type (standard type), M-type (higher breaking type), and H-type (high breaking type). CM1 molded case circuit breaker has the characteristics of small size, high breaking height, short flying fox, and anti vibration, making it an ideal product for land and ship use.
This molded case circuit breaker can be installed vertically (i.e. vertically) or horizontally (i.e. horizontally).
This product complies with the requirements of IEC60947-2 and GB14048.2 standards.
2、 Model and specifications

Note:
1. The handle is operated directly without a code, and the rotation operation is represented by Z, while the electric operation is represented by P;
2. Circuit breakers without release devices used only for isolation are represented by 000;
3. The circuit breaker for protecting the motor is represented by 2, and there is no code for distribution;
4. Code for neutral pole (N-pole) structure of four pole circuit breaker;
Type A: The N pole does not have an overcurrent release component installed, and the N pole is always connected and does not open or close together with the other three poles;
Type B: The N-pole does not have an overcurrent release component installed, and the N-pole is connected and disconnected together with the other three poles;
Type C: The N-pole is equipped with an overcurrent release element, and the N-pole is connected and disconnected together with the other three poles;
D-type: The N-pole is equipped with an overcurrent release element, and the N-pole is always connected and does not open or close together with the other three poles;
3、 Applicable working environment
■ Altitude of 2000 meters and belowThe temperature of the surrounding medium shall not exceed plus forty degrees Celsius (plus forty-five degrees Celsius for marine products) and shall not be lower than minus five degrees Celsius.
Can withstand the influence of humid air;
Can withstand the effects of salt spray and oil pollution;
Can tolerate the influence of mold;
Capable of withstanding the effects of nuclear radiation;
The maximum inclination is 22.5 degrees;
Can work reliably and normally under normal vibration of the ship;
Can work reliably under earthquake conditions (4g);
Can work reliably in a medium without explosive hazards, and where the medium does not contain gases or conductive dust that can corrode metals or damage insulation;
Can work reliably in areas without rain or snow erosion;
