The solenoid valve life test bench is designed to accelerate the performance life testing of solenoid valves used in water purifiers according to customer requirements. The appearance of the test bench is made of 304 material The testing machine adopts PLC+human-machine interface (touch screen) control operation, and the human-machine interface software synchronously displays the start stop time, test frequency, intelligent judgment and other items of the tested specimen; Users with administrator passwords can change their startup password; Using software to accurately determine the load value; Adopting fully Chinese prompts to set internal functions, easy and simple to operate

1. Hot water supply tank:
Material: 304 stainless steel double-layer insulation
Capacity: 100L
The water tank is equipped with a return port and water level indicator. After the sample is collected at the outlet, it is filtered and returned to the water supply tank for reuse of the test water.
The temperature control instrument adopts a well-known brand digital intelligent temperature controller (Omron)
The instrument accuracy is 0.3 level, with an error of ± 5%
Four digit high brightness digital tube temperature, which can display current measured temperature, set target temperature and other parameters on the instrument
Capable of PID calculation function, precise temperature control and good temperature stability can be achieved through instrument self-tuning function (performed before leaving the factory)
The device comes with a low water level protection device, which will sound an alarm and stop heating output when the water level drops below the lowest level to prevent the heating wire from burning dry

2. Cold water supply system:

Stable performance, simple operation, and easy maintenance.
All refrigeration system components are branded parts, using Hitachi or Copeland compressors with low noise and long lifespan. Equipped with a high air volume fan, it has efficient and stable cooling effect. The display accuracy is ± 5%
Equipped with overload, phase sequence, and other protection signal alarms
PVC connecting pipeline, SUS304 stainless steel water tank or copper pipe, without rust or corrosion
Temperature control range: 5-30 ℃
3. Test sample power supply
The entire system provides 3 sets (1 set for 10 channels) of adjustable voltage: 0-48VDC. One group can switch between 0-48V/220V
Each group has a power supply of 1KVA, and each testing station is equipped with a quick connect wire column.
4. Sample placement platform:
Fixtures: The first workstation is equipped with 2 pairs of quick clamps
5. Sample water supply:
Each workstation is equipped with a standard 3/8 quick connector at the exit
6. Control system:
Adopting industrial PLC control, it has the characteristics of good professionalism, high reliability, and simple upgrade. It can be deeply developed according to user specified functions to meet the detection goals that users need to achieve.
