1、 Overview:
This circuit breaker test bench is designed and manufactured according to the technical requirements provided by the customer, in compliance with Article 9.10 of GB10963.1-2005, Article 7.2.1 of GB14048.1-2006, and Article 8.13 of JB/T8979-2006 national standards. Capable of conducting delayed tripping characteristic tests on circuit breakers, that is, applying 1.13 times, 1.45 times, and 2.55 times the rated current for testing whether they trip within the specified time; It is also possible to conduct instantaneous tripping characteristic tests on circuit breakers, that is, to apply 3-10 times the rated current for testing whether they trip within the specified time. Suitable for online pre delivery testing of molded case circuit breakers and small circuit breakers, it is an essential equipment for home appliance performance testing in circuit breaker manufacturers. This device has the functions of rapid product installation, automatic testing, and automatic judgment.
The equipment casing is assembled with high-quality aluminum alloy steel, coated with sheet metal for sealing, and coated with anti-static, anti rust, and anti-corrosion coatings on the surface. The upper part of the equipment is equipped with a panel, power switch, and various specifications of wire heads (for delayed release testing). The equipment is designed reasonably, easy to use, simple to operate, reliable in performance, and has a beautiful appearance.
2、 Working principle:
This testing platform adopts the principle of low voltage and high current output, using the internal high current isolation transformer to output current. The current size is set through the touch screen to control the PLC, and the PLC controls the motor to drive the voltage regulator to adjust the primary input voltage of the transformer to achieve the adjustment of the output current. It has the function of automatically stabilizing the current. Compare the test time and test trip time through the touch screen display to determine the quality of the circuit breaker.
