Structural principle

The operating principle of the TV crusher is to achieve the crushing effect of materials through the mutual cutting of the fixed knife and the moving knife. During use, the materials enter the crusher main box through the feeding machine. In the main box, the materials are repeatedly cut by the moving knife and the fixed knife under the rotation of the rotor. The cut materials are discharged from the box under the filtering effect of the bottom screen. Materials that do not meet the discharge size are crushed again in the main machine until they reach the size of the screen aperture before being discharged from the box to complete crushing. The selection of materials for TV casings has gone through a development process from ABS to HIPS and modified PP. Currently, large TV casings use ABS, small TV casings use modified PP, and medium-sized TV casings use modified PP, HIPS, and ABS materials.
