The PortaCount Respirator Fit Tester 8048 provides a consistent and objective testing experience for all types of respirators, including all N95 filter masks. The FitCheck mode displays in real-time how the wearing method of the respirator changes during the wearing and adjustment process, helping users choose the correct mask and determine the wearing method faster. Video animation guides staff to perform appropriate fitness testing movements during the fitness testing period, providing a consistent testing experience and enabling fitness testing administrators to handle multiple tasks. Group suitability testing allows administrators to test up to four individuals simultaneously using four PortaCounts.

TSI has redesigned various aspects of the FitPro Ultra software for PortaCount Fit Tester. The combination of a brand new user interface and industry features creates a functional suitability testing instrument. From touchscreen tablets to PC laptops, this software is easy to use, similar to the applications on your own personal devices.
