I. Overview
A solar stove is a device that uses solar radiation to gather heat through concentrated light for cooking food. Currently, a solar stove is one of the mature and widely used solar energy utilization products. However, due to the emerging nature of solar energy utilization and the uneven level of productivity development, there are significant differences in the production quality of various types of solar stoves in the market. This requires a set of professional equipment to conduct various tests on it, in order to evaluate whether the equipment has scientifically and reasonably utilized solar radiation energy. The TRM-TYZ solar stove system tester launched by our company is a professional product for performance testing and structural dimension inspection of solar stoves. For the convenience of users, this product adopts a portable structural design. At the same time, our company provides a complete set of technical documents such as installation manuals, operation manuals, maintenance manuals, and product qualification certificates for instruments and equipment, as well as one-year warranty and lifelong maintenance, and lifelong after-sales services such as software upgrades.
2、 Product Features
1. The entire system can perform solar stove performance testing and structural dimension testing on concentrated solar stoves with corresponding national level full performance qualified testing reports. The testing system shall comply with NY/T219-2003 system performance evaluation and other standards.

According to the testing requirements, the system is equipped with various high-tech measurement sensors such as TBS-2-2 direct radiation meter, PTS-3 ambient temperature sensor, EC-9 wind speed sensor, etc., to assist the system in testing. To meet the requirements of the quality inspection center for on-site installation and measurement, all detection instruments are placed in portable boxes, and the portable stainless steel bracket (height: 2.5 meters, weight: 5 kilograms) is easy and fast to install.

4. The tester adopts a large screen LCD display with Chinese characters and graphics, which can display multiple data channels on one screen, including date, time, instantaneous values of meteorological elements, hourly cumulative and maximum values, daily cumulative and maximum values, etc.
5. The mainframe is equipped with a large capacity data storage, which can continuously store more than 8000 pieces of hourly data (storage time can be set). At the same time, for the convenience of different users' usage requirements, the system can configure the FS-1 external storage module for storage space according to specific requirements, achieving massive data storage. Solved problems such as long monitoring cycles, small data collection intervals, and large data volumes.
6. The power supply part of the system adopts a dual-purpose AC/DC power supply method, and can also be equipped with a solar power supply system to ensure stable operation of the system in areas without electricity all year round. The power supply system is equipped with storage batteries that support both AC charging and solar charging, providing power guarantee for the system's long-term outdoor use.
7. To meet market demand, our company's product communication system is a flexible combination of wired and wireless communication. This makes it convenient for different users to meet their unused needs. The preferred communication methods include standard RS232/RS485/USB/RJ45 communication methods, with a maximum wired communication distance of up to 1000m. Wireless communication methods include short distance wireless transmission, medium distance wireless transmission, and long-distance wireless transmission. Users can configure according to their actual usage needs.
