1. Overview:
This instrument is widely used for the determination of surface water, groundwater, wastewater, etc. The measurement of this instrument is developed according to HJ/T345-2007, and adopts imported high brightness long-life cold light source, colorimetric tube, simple and time-saving operation, combined with large screen LCD Chinese display, data direct reading; The instrument comes with a standard curve and can also calibrate the curve as needed; Comes with measurement value storage function (date, time, parameters, test data); The instrument has data power-off protection and data storage functions to prevent data loss due to errors.
2. Measurement principle:
Adding reducing substances converts all Fe3+in the water sample into Fe2+, which forms a stable orange red complex [Fe (Phen) 3] 2+with ortho phenanthroline. The absorbance is then measured by spectrophotometry, and the iron content (mg/L) is directly displayed after processing and calculation by a microcomputer system.
