TLSThe high-efficiency heat exchanger is a copper tube through aluminum plate heat exchanger, which adopts advanced mechanical expansion tube and circular corrugated double flanged aluminum rib structure. Mechanical expansion of the tube tightly contacts the copper tube with the aluminum rib, and the circular ripple can promote fluid turbulence, destroy the boundary layer, and improve the heat transfer coefficient. The advanced structural design, combined with the reasonable design of waterway stroke, tube spacing, and sheet spacing, makes this heat exchanger have the characteristics of good heat transfer performance, low air resistance, compact structure, and light weight. It can be widely used in air conditioning, cooling, dehumidification, heating and other engineering projects, and is an ideal supporting product for fresh air units and air handling units. It can also be connected to air ducts for separate use as cooling or heating.
Copper tube welding adopts low-temperature rapid brazing to ensure pressure resistance>1．2MPa.
