The TL type high-efficiency heat exchanger is a copper tube through aluminum sheet (copper sheet) heat exchanger, which adopts advanced mechanical expansion tube and bridge type double flanged aluminum rib structure. Mechanical expansion of the tube ensures tight contact between the copper tube and the aluminum rib, and the bridge like gap can promote fluid turbulence, destroy the boundary layer, and improve the heat transfer coefficient. The advanced structural design, combined with reasonable waterway travel, tube spacing, and plate spacing design, makes this heat exchanger have the characteristics of good flow performance, low air resistance, compact structure, and light weight. It can be widely used in air conditioning, cooling, dehumidification, heating, air cooling, drying and other engineering projects. It is an ideal supporting product for fresh air units and air handling equipment. It can also be connected to air ducts for separate use as cooling or heating. Copper pipe welding adopts low-temperature rapid brazing to ensure pressure resistance>1.6Mpa. This heat exchanger has a variety of blade spacing (2.0-6 millimeters) and a complete range of specifications to meet the needs of different working conditions and various combinations. |
