1、 Equipment Overview:

TK series UV UV weather resistance test chamber, also known as UV accelerated aging testing machine. The test chamber simulates the damage caused by solar ultraviolet light, and conducts a weather aging resistance test on the tested material by exposing it to controlled high temperature light. The equipment uses ultraviolet lamps to simulate the radiation effect of sunlight, and simulates dew and rain through condensation and water spraying. In just a few days or weeks, the ultraviolet irradiation equipment can withstand the damage that takes months or even years to occur outdoors, including fading, color changes, loss of luster, powdering, cracking, wrinkling, foaming, brittleness, strength reduction, oxidation, etc. Aging tests are conducted on various materials and products, and the test data can be used to select new materials, improve existing materials, or assist in evaluating material formulations.

2、 Performance characteristics:

The controller is equipped with a recorder function, which can provide comprehensive and detailed real-time monitoring and curve recording of important test parameters such as irradiance, temperature, and time. It can also generate reports and print curves through the computer;

★ It can be tested separately for irradiation (simulating sunlight), condensation (simulating dew), water spray (simulating rainwater), etc., and can also be programmed to perform any combination of irradiation/condensation/water spray tests;

★ Adopting a 7-inch true color programmable touch screen controller, with Chinese menu and touch screen input, it has good stability, monitoring, operability, and maintainability;

★ Provide lifespan reference for imported ultraviolet lamps with expensive materials (lamps are consumables with a lifespan of about 1600 hours), facilitating users to confirm the replacement time of lamps and saving usage costs;

★ Adopting automated water supply and drainage design, coupled with high-power water pumps, to ensure the flow rate and uniformity of water spray;

★ Safety protection devices: fan duct over temperature protection, shallow water heating tube anti dry burning protection, water tank water shortage alarm protection, water tank water circuit fault alarm protection, short circuit protection, overcurrent overload protection.
