The standard configuration of the gearbox transmission spindle adopts a front four rear two layout for the spindle bearings. The high-precision front group bearings are FAG and a pair of radial thrust ball bearings, with an inner diameter of Φ 95 and a spindle taper BT50, which can meet the requirements of rough and fine machining processes.
The standard configuration is a 360 × 1 ° rotary worktable with gear positioning, high indexing accuracy, and good rigidity. It can perform multi-faceted machining on parts after one clamping.
