Testable material
Steel and cast steel, alloy tool steel, cast aluminum alloy, gray cast iron, ductile iron, white cast iron, copper zinc alloy (brass), copper tin alloy (bronze), pure copper, forged steel.
Scope of application
● Large, heavy workpieces or installed permanent components;
Measurement of hardness values of various metal materials for large and small components and non removable precision parts that cannot be carried out by desktop hardness testers.
Main Features
Easy to operate, widely applicable, adaptable to working environments, small in size, and easy to carry;
Using American technology, electronic components are sourced fromUS importAccurate testing (measurement accuracy: ± 0.8%), stable performance, and durability;
● Direct digital displayShaw, Brinell, Roche, Vickers, RichterEqual hardness values and tensile strength, and the ability to automatically convert measured data between standards based on the material;
The impact device can test specimens in any direction through keyboard settings;
● Japanese Epson printer, directly print test results;
Imported wear-resistant indenter, approximate diamond hardness, striking10Ten thousand timesThe above has no quality issues;
The shell of the impact device isNon-conductive metal materialEnsure that the signal is not interfered with and has high fidelity;
● Aviation plugGold plating treatmentExcellent conductivity performance;
Powered by a large capacity battery, it has strong power and guarantees an ultra long standby time (more than 5 days) and service life;
Easy to operate, fast and efficient, each test only takes 3 seconds.

Standard Configuration
Host: 1 D-type impact device: 1 set of charger: 1
Thickened support ring: 1 coupling agent, 1 bag of nylon brush: 1
Standard Leeb hardness block: 1 impact device connection (aviation socket, gold-plated three plug, shielded wire): 1 piece
Selection of impact device

D-type (standard type): used for most hardness tests (standard type)
DC type: used for hardness testing of inner holes with a diameter of 87mm or more and similar components
DL type: used for hardness testing of small narrow grooves or small-diameter hole bottoms
Type C: Used for hardness testing of surface hardening, surface coating, and thin-walled components
E-type: can be used for the detection of high hardness specimens, and the use of diamond impact bodies improves the detection range
G-type: can only be used for hardness testing of dense components within the Brinell hardness range
D+15 type: used for surface hardness testing of grooves or indentations
