This series of motors is suitable for working in indoor environments with an altitude not exceeding 1000m, a cooling medium temperature not exceeding 40 ℃, low dust, no corrosive gases such as steam, acid, alkali, etc. The rated voltage of this series of motors is 6000V, and 3000V and 10000V can also be provided according to user requirements. The allowable voltage deviation range is+5%, the rated power frequency is 50Hz, and the rated power factor is 0.9 (leading).
The electric motor has a cylindrical shaft extension end, and its rotation direction should follow the direction specified on the indicator board. The rotation direction is generally counterclockwise when viewed from the collector ring end, but can also be made clockwise according to requirements. When the motor and grinder are connected by a coupling, the motor shaft cannot withstand external radial or axial forces when extended.
The excitation system of this series of electric motors adopts a controllable silicon excitation device.
The electric motor allows direct starting at full voltage. If the user's power grid does not allow direct starting at full voltage, voltage reduction starting can also be used. At this time, the starting current of the motor decreases proportionally to the terminal voltage, and the starting torque decreases proportionally to the square of the terminal voltage.
Stator lead out wire: There are six heads, namely U1, V1, W1, U2, V2, W2. High voltage rubber cables are used to lead out the wires from the lower outlet clamp of the machine base, or junction boxes can be made for wiring according to requirements.
Seat type bearings: Oil ring bearings or composite bearings are used. Seat type bearings are installed between the base plates with insulating pads to prevent the generation of shaft current.
Structural Description of Three phase Synchronous Motor for TDMK Grinding Machine
The ventilation method for this series of motors is either open type natural ventilation or can be made into fully enclosed duct ventilation.
Machine base: Made of welded steel plates, the lower part of the machine base is the output end of the motor.
Stator: The stator core is made of 0.5mm thick low loss silicon steel sheets punched into fan-shaped pieces, and the core segments are separated by radial air ducts. The winding is made of formed double stacked short moment coils, with B-level insulation or F-level insulation. The temperature rise is assessed according to B-level to extend the service life; The winding ends are reliably fixed and tied, and treated with vacuum pressure impregnation solvent-free paint (VPI) technology. During the manufacturing process, multiple inter turn pulse withstand voltage and ground withstand voltage tests have been carried out. The motor has excellent and reliable insulation performance, good mechanical strength, and strong moisture resistance.
Rotor: The magnetic poles are made of steel plates and are mounted on the rotor yoke together with the magnetic pole coils. The magnetic pole coils are insulated with Class B or Class F. When the user uses a pneumatic clutch, the shaft design or shaft drilling form can be customized according to the user's requirements.
Application of three-phase synchronous motor for TDMK grinder
This series of motors is mainly suitable for large AC three-phase synchronous motors used to drive mining mills. The main transmission includes grid ball mills, rod mills, coal mills, etc.
