1、 Product Overview

The integrated, two-line structure makes installation and use extremely simple, and can easily connect to users' automated management systems. The TC-YDG series dust concentration detector adopts reliable electrostatic measurement technology. When the airflow containing dust particles in the pipeline passes through a fixed sensor, the weak current generated by the movement of the dust particles is collected by the sensor and transmitted to the transmitter. After being filtered and amplified by the transmitter, it is processed into a standard output value that is linearly related to the dust content.

The two dedicated sensors are passive and without electronic circuits. High sensitivity, unaffected by vibration, no dust contamination, high reliability, and long lifespan.
The current signal output by the transmitter is electrically isolated from the sensor unit, achieving interference free transmission of the output current signal.
4-wire system (4-20mA) current signal output, strong anti-interference ability, easy to transmit over long distances, no special requirements for transmission wires. The output current is linearly related to the dust concentration, which facilitates subsequent PLC data processing.
5 modular design, can replace sensor units and transmitter units separately.

Transmitter unit
1 standard two-wire transmitter, 24V circuit power supply, 4-20mA current signal output, aluminum alloy shell is waterproof.
2. Open the sealing cover to see the wiring terminals. The signal cable is fixed to the terminal post through the wiring hole on the transmitter housing (wiring is not positive or negative). Turn the locking screw of the wiring hole to the appropriate position to prevent water from entering, and finally cover the sealing cover.
5、 Installation
Special attention should be paid during installation: the direction of fluid movement should be consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the sensor.
The sensor needs to be installed on a metal pipeline (please consult the manufacturer for non-metallic pipeline installation).
2 should be installed vertically as much as possible in horizontal pipeline sections, and in case of special circumstances, it can also be installed horizontally.
The installation position should be selected on a straight pipeline section that is 5 times the diameter of the valve or elbow.
Drill a hole on the pipeline (with a size of 120mm) and weld the base onto the pipeline, ensuring no leakage.
The 5 sensors are connected to the base via flanges, and the base and sealing gasket are provided by the manufacturer.
The connecting cable is a 2 * 1mm ² shielded cable, and the shielding layer should be well connected to the transmitter housing.
The external cables should be fixed nearby to prevent wind and rain from swinging back and forth, which may cause mechanical damage to the transmission wires.
