American AMI oxygen sensorP seriesCan provide and meet most of the requirements for oxygen content measurement. Our product portfolio includes 4 different electrochemical sensors and 1 zirconia sensor. All of these are using the BULLET SENSOR TECHNOLOGY we obtained ™ manufacture. They collectively provide a wide coverage range for oxygen applications. oursP-5The oxygen sensor can provide accurate O2 measurement even when immersed in up to 500ppm of H2S and/or 100% CO2 in the airflow. existP-5Throughout the entire warranty period of the sensor, it can be guaranteed to achieve this level of performance.P seriesOxygen sensors includeOxygen SensorP-2,P-3,P-4,P-5。
AMI will provide gas analysis solutions to customers, and due to our technology, customer service, and after-sales service, we will exceed your expectations.
high-performance
Our analyzer will always provide performance as we continuously invest in developing new gas measurement technologies and achieving breakthroughs. This reflects what customers want to see in our products and our adherence to our core values.
reliability
Customers can expect that every measurement and reading made by our analyzer will be accurate and precise. The reason why AMI has achieved this level of reliability is because our equipment adopts innovative design and must pass some industry quality testing standards before delivering products to customers.
We will not include small batch testing as part of our quality system. Each oxygen sensor manufactured by AMI undergoes a series of performance tests. Each sensor undergoes 12 hours of independent testing, including response speed, noise, linearity, and day night performance. Afterwards, repeat the same set of tests while placing the sensor under a thermal stress test at 115 ° F. Within a few weeks after each sensor leaves the production line, two complete quality checks will be performed. All of this happens before any sensor is shipped to any customer.
