SW-CJ-1G single person single-sided horizontal air supply purification workbench is a purification equipment that provides a locally clean working environment with strong passability. 1、 Working principle
The air is pressurized into the static pressure box through the top primary air filter and low-noise centrifugal fan, and is evenly blown out from the side of the operating area through the high-efficiency air filter, forming a high cleanliness horizontal air curtain to remove the original natural air in the working area. The ideal high cleanliness space is achieved within five minutes after starting up. Adopting an adjustable fan with dual speed to adjust the air volume, and a touch sensitive switch to adjust the voltage, ensuring that the wind speed in the working area is always in an ideal state.

Instructions for Using SW-CJ-1G Purification Platform
The workbench is controlled by infrared remote control. A key: Fan start (high wind speed); B key: Fan start (low wind speed); C key: lighting lamp; D key: sterilization lamp; ON/OFF button: Power on (turn off).
The workbench should be located in a relatively clean working room (preferably in a primary purification room with a rating of 100000 or 300000). After plugging in a 220V AC power supply, it can be turned on according to the functions shown on the control panel. Before starting up, the working area and shell of the purification workbench should be carefully cleaned to remove surface dust. Normal operation and use can be carried out within ten minutes after starting up.

1. According to the actual situation, regularly remove and clean the primary filter, air dry it, and then install it. The cleaning cycle is generally 3-6 months. If not cleaned for a long time, dust accumulation will lead to insufficient air intake and reduce the cleaning effect.
2. Generally, when the operating voltage of the fan is adjusted to the highest point after 18 months of use and still cannot reach the ideal wind speed, it indicates that the high-efficiency air filter has accumulated too much dust (the filter holes on the filter material are basically blocked and need to be updated in a timely manner). The service life of a high-efficiency air filter is generally 18 months.
