Technical specifications and scope of use
1. This machine is mainly used for testing the mechanical properties of rocks, including tensile testing (using Brazilian splitting disc test) and uniaxial pressure testing of soft rocks; Rock point load tests can also be completed. Point load tests involve placing rock specimens between two spherical conical pressure plates, applying concentrated loads to the specimens until they fail, and then calculating the point load strength of the rock based on the failure load; Equipped with anti shear tools (variable angle shear fixtures), rock variable angle shear tests can also be completed. This microcomputer controlled rock testing machine has multifunctional rock testing capabilities, which are convenient, economical, and multifunctional scientific testing instruments. It can be used for rock mechanics performance testing in engineering units such as coal mines, geology, hydraulics, transportation, and construction.

The host adopts a high-strength framework structure, with a compact overall structure and reasonable layout The control unit adopts an AC servo speed regulation system to control high-frequency AC servo motors, drive low-noise reducers, and drive ball screw pairs for testing. It can achieve a wide range of adjustment of testing speed (0.2-50mm/min), and the testing process is smooth and efficient. The experimental data can be accessed freely, and reanalysis of data and curves can be achieved, with local magnification and editing of data, samples, environment, and testing conditions, and printing of experimental reports and curves.

This series of products complies with the requirements of GB/T16491-2008 "Electronic Testing Machines" JJF1103-2003 "Evaluation of Computer Data Acquisition Systems for Testing Machines" and JJG139-1999 "Verification Regulations for Tensile, Pressure and Testing Machines". They can complete rock tensile (Brazilian splitting), rock compressive strength, rock point load, shear (variable angle shear) and other tests in accordance with the requirements of standards such as GB/T50266-2013 "Test Methods for Engineering Rock Masses".
