The WDW-J series microcomputer controlled scaffold fastener testing machine is mainly suitable for testing all mechanical properties of anti slip, anti damage, torsional stiffness, tensile and compressive strength of right angle fasteners, rotary fasteners, docking fasteners and bases for steel pipe scaffolds with an outer diameter of 48.3mm in construction engineering. The automatic control and data acquisition system has achieved full digital adjustment of the data acquisition and control process. It can complete the testing of technical indicators such as load-bearing tension, tensile strength, elongation deformation, and elongation rate.

Structural performance:
1. High strength host: The product adopts a dual space door structure, with the upper space stretched and the lower space compressed and bent. The host part consists of four guide columns, an upper crossbeam, a middle crossbeam, and a workbench, forming a floor standing frame. The speed control system is installed at the lower part of the workbench. The AC servo motor with high speed regulation accuracy, wide range, and stable performance drives the ball screw pair to rotate through the synchronous toothed belt reduction system. The ball screw pair drives the middle crossbeam and drives the stretching auxiliary tool (or compression, bending and other auxiliary tools) to move up and down, realizing the loading and unloading of the sample. This structure ensures that the rack has sufficient rigidity while achieving efficient and smooth transmission.
