2、 Structural features and working principle

The overall structure generator consists of a feeding system, a reaction system, a control system, and a safety system. The generator housing is made of PVC material.
The working principle is that a metering pump inputs sodium chlorate aqueous solution and hydrochloric acid solution into a reactor, which undergoes sufficient reaction at a certain temperature and negative pressure, producing a disinfectant gas mainly composed of chlorine dioxide and supplemented by Cl2. After being absorbed by a water injector and fully mixed with water, it forms a disinfectant solution and is then introduced into the disinfected water.

(1) Water jet device is a type of air extraction component designed based on the principle of jet flow. When the power water passes through the water jet device, negative pressure is generated inside, and external gas is sucked into the water jet device under the pressure difference, thus achieving suction. 5、 Equipment installation conditions
1. The equipment should be installed indoors, and the working environment temperature should be above 15 ℃.
2. Chlorine dioxide has strong corrosiveness, therefore, it should be avoided to place it in the same room as other equipment during equipment installation.
3. The equipment room should be paved with cement flooring and have a flushing water source and drainage system.
4. A ventilation fan should be installed in the disinfection room to maintain good ventilation.
5. There should be a pressure water source between the equipment, with a pressure of 0.2-0.4 MPa.
6. There should be necessary lighting facilities and a 220V, 5A-10A single-phase three hole power socket between the devices.
