Operation Method

Connect Bigloop to the injection valve and initially fill it with buffer solution. Then, the sample can be manually loaded from the bottom using a syringe or a sample pump (as shown in Figure 1).
Inject buffer solution and push the piston downwards to inject the sample into the column. The piston is sealed and can prevent the mixing of buffer solution and sample (as shown in Figure 2).
When the piston moves to the lowest position, the buffer fluid will enter the system through the bypass channel (as shown in Figure 3).

Method of loading initial buffer solution

Firstly, remove the upper inner block and outer cover, move the piston to the bottom, and then slowly pour the buffer solution into the glass tube. Next, install the inner end block and outer cover, making sure there are no bubbles inside as much as possible (as shown in Figure 4).
