4usage method:
1Before installing the equipment, the instrument should be placed on a flat workbench for visual inspection: the appearance should be undamaged, the instrument appearance should be intact, the wire insulation should be good, the plug should be intact, and the power switch should be flexible. Each device's power cord is connected to a single-phase three pole plug, with the electrode above the plug being the grounding electrode. 2. Pour the oil into the tank, and the oil level should not be less than 10cm (depending on the temperature of use, please choose different oils such as methyl silicone oil, phenyl silicone oil, and high-temperature thermal oil).
3. Put it into a container or item that needs to be heated.
4. Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch. At this point, click the function key (set) on the thermometer, and the word Sp will appear. Then click △ or ▽ to select the temperature that needs to be heated. If you want to quickly adjust the temperature, you can use the ← key (left shift key) to adjust the hundred, ten, and individual positions respectively. 1. Due to the high temperature operation of the instrument, please be sure to wear protective gloves during operation.
2. If not in use for a long time, please empty the oil in the box and do a good job of maintenance.
3. The instrument must use a three hole safety socket and must have a safety grounding device, with a capacity not less than 10A.
4. To ensure the accuracy of oil temperature, different heating oils must be used for different operating temperatures.
