Product Usage:
The sulfur dioxide (salt spray) corrosion resistance test chamber series is a corrosion resistance test equipment that artificially simulates oceanic climate and highly corrosive gases. It can be used for surface treatment of various materials such as electrical equipment, metal materials, plastic products, etc., including coatings, electroplating, inorganic and organic films, anodizing treatment, rust proof oil, etc. After anti-corrosion treatment, accelerated corrosion performance change tests can be carried out. It is an important testing equipment for studying the adaptability and reliability of various environments in industries such as machinery, defense industry, light industry electronics, and instrumentation. It can also perform vinegar salt spray tests on products.
Product features:
1. The overall molding is welded at high temperature, corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and leak free. The box cover is made of transparent material, and the test condition of the test items inside the box can be clearly seen;
2. A water sealed structure is used between the box cover and the box body to prevent gas overflow. It is equipped with a dual gas filtration device to ensure that the air discharged outside does not pollute the environment;
3. The temperature controller adopts ordinary digital display or LCD screen display instrument, and the circuit control board and other components are fixed in a convenient position for inspection and maintenance. It adopts a door lock opening edge cover door. Chinese and English menu display, simple and intuitive operation, high reliability, and easy maintenance;
4. All circuit control components are selected from well-known domestic and foreign brands;
