Structural characteristics of submersible slurry pump:
1. The whole machine is a dry bottom pump type, and the motor adopts an oil chamber sealing method with a mechanical seal inside, which can effectively prevent high-pressure water and impurities from entering the motor cavity.
In addition to the main impeller, there is also a stirring impeller that can stir the sediment settled at the bottom of the water into turbulence and extract it.
3. The impeller and stirring impeller and other overcurrent components are made of high hardness high chromium cast steel, which is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and has strong drainage ability, and can pass through larger solid particles.
4. The motor is submerged underwater without being limited by suction, with a high slag absorption rate and more thorough dredging.
5. The overall equipment is simplified, no auxiliary mixing or spraying devices are allowed, the operation is simple, and the total investment of the unit is reduced.
6. The stirring impeller is directly close to the sedimentation surface and the concentration is controlled by diving depth. In cases where the medium ratio is high, auxiliary devices can be installed to increase the medium concentration.
Conditions for use of submersible slurry pump:
1. The power supply is a 50Hz/380V three-phase AC power supply, and the capacity of the distribution transformer is 2-3 times the rated capacity of the motor.
2. The temperature of the medium shall not exceed 60 ℃ and shall not contain flammable or explosive gases.
3. The maximum weight concentration of solid particles in the medium is 45% for ash and 60% for slag.
4. Diving depth of the unit: not more than 20 meters, the minimum diving depth is based on submerging the motor.
5. The working position of the unit in the medium is vertical, with upper suspension positioning.
