Detailed introduction:
A gauge is a commonly used measuring tool that has two gauges: a through end and a stop end.
The plug gauge is a fast measuring tool that uses both the open and closed ends to measure the aperture, suitable for measuring large quantities of products in actual production.
The stop end of the plug gauge should be set according to the upper limit of the allowable deviation of the aperture, and the through end should be set according to the lower limit of the allowable deviation of the aperture. During inspection, if the stop end can pass, it indicates that the aperture is too large, unqualified, and cannot be reworked; If the end cannot pass through, it means that the aperture is too small and also unqualified, but it can be reworked to make it qualified. The commonly used material for production is GCr15, which has undergone quenching and other treatments, and has the characteristics of high hardness and wear resistance.
The measuring aperture of the plug gauge cannot obtain the actual value, but it can quickly determine whether the size is qualified and has a very wide range of applications.
