1、 Purpose of stone washing machine:
This machine is used for desilting and screening of large amounts of sand and gravel in construction sites, sand and gravel factories, prefabrication plants, and water and electricity construction sites. It can also be used for ore sorting operations.
2、 Performance characteristics of stone washing machine:
This machine can process materials within 0-30mm, and can separate and wash the soil and dust on the materials into clean materials. This machine has the advantages of simple structure, easy maintenance, and high washing efficiency.
3、 Working principle of stone washing machine:
The machine rotor adopts a central structure, with spiral blades installed on the central shaft and connected to the central shaft by a reducer for operation. A device for mechanical classification based on the principle that solid particles have different densities and therefore different settling speeds in liquids.
4、 Internal structure of stone washing machine:
Composed of tank body, reducer, motor, central shaft, spiral blades, and bracket. The bracket is welded onto the central axis, and the spiral blades are tightened with bolts after installation to prevent the blades from sagging or deforming.
The feeding must be evenly fed by a feeder, and can be done by a conveyor. It is strictly prohibited to feed more or less.
5、 Installation, commissioning and trial operation of stone washing machine:
After the stone washing machine is transported, the user unit should immediately check whether all components are complete and whether there is any damage. Installation can only proceed after confirming that the machine is intact and undamaged.
2. The user unit should design a construction drawing for the foundation of the stone washing machine according to the specific situation on site, and install the stone washing machine firmly on a solid concrete foundation.
3. During installation, the machine must be installed at a tilt angle according to the requirements of the installation diagram.
4. The motor is installed on the guide rail to adjust the tightness of the belt, and the pulley and motor pulley should be parallel during installation.
After adjusting according to the above requirements, rotate the rotor disc a few times to check for any jamming or collision.
6、 Empty load test run of stone washing machine:
After the motor is started, the machine should run smoothly without any abnormal vibration.
2. The temperature rise of the bearing shall not exceed 35 ℃.
3. The air freight transfer time is 2-4 hours. After testing the machine, check for loose connections at all points and adjust them accordingly.
Load operation test of stone washing machine:
On the basis of a good no-load test run, the load operation test can be carried out.
2. The machine should run smoothly without any abnormal vibrations.
3. The temperature rise of the bearing shall not exceed 40 ℃.
4. No dust is allowed to enter each sealed area.
5. Measure the actual power of the motor without any abnormal fluctuations.
6. The load operation test needs to be conducted continuously for 5-6 hours. Only after the operation is confirmed to be normal and error free, can it be officially put into use.
