1、 The wet heat cycle test is carried out according to the following steps:
The test object is a battery pack or system.

  1. Refer to GB/T2423.4 to perform test Db, and the variables are shown in Figure 4. The other highest temperature is+80 ℃, with 5 cycles. Observe at room temperature for 2 hours.
  2. Requirement: The battery pack or system should have no leakage, shell rupture, fire or explosion. The insulation resistance value after the test shall not be less than 100 Ω/V.
