The steel wire mesh skeleton polyethylene composite pipe has a three-layer structure, namely the core pipe, steel wire layer, and outer PE layer. The core tube and steel wire winding layer are used to withstand the internal pressure of the pipe, while the outer PE layer is mainly used for welding connections. The core tube and outer PE layer are both made of PE80/PE100 grade raw materials for hot melt extrusion molding. The steel wire winding layer is composed of HDPE modified material and left and right positive and negative winding steel wires. The modified HDPE and HDPE can melt into one under heating conditions. At the same time, its polar bonds have strong adhesion properties with steel (200N/25mm, ASTMD903). Due to the use of high-quality materials and advanced production processes, this composite pipe has higher pressure resistance performance. At the same time, it has excellent flexibility and is more suitable for long-distance buried water supply and gas pipeline systems.
