This machine is composed of a pot body, steam inlet pipeline, condensate pipeline, mixing device, reducer, automatic material door, discharge port, etc.
The pot body is divided into five layers, with steam interlayers at the bottom and edges of each layer. The steam entering each layer is regulated by the valves of each layer to control the material temperature. In order to evenly steam and stir fry the raw materials, each layer is equipped with a stirring scraper, which is driven by a main shaft that runs through each layer. The main shaft is connected to the electric motor through a reducer and a coupling. A direct nozzle is installed under the scraper of the first layer of steaming pot, and it rotates together with the scraper to evenly spray the direct steam into the material.
The characteristics of this machine under normal steaming and frying conditions are:
(1) Large processing capacity, small footprint, low power consumption, easy operation management and maintenance;
(2) The oil produced by steaming and frying can obtain the most suitable plasticity and resistance for various press pressing machine oils that are compatible with the pressure of the oil press, thereby improving the oil yield of the oil;
(3) This steaming and frying pan heats up quickly, controls temperature, and adjusts moisture easily and conveniently, and can automatically control the ingredients;
(4) The gears in the matching reducer are assembled using standard circular arc gears made of high-quality materials found on tractors, resulting in durability, low noise, and smooth transmission.
