ZLN standard funnel viscometer is used to determine the relative viscosity of drilling fluid (compared with water). The measurement principle is to measure the flow out of the funnel at a constant temperature of 20 ℃The time required for 500ml drilling fluid.It is widely used in departments such as petroleum and geological exploration, especially in field drilling sites, as a simple instrument for daily measurement of drilling fluid viscosity. Due to the significant influence of colloid fraction and specific gravity on the measured data, this instrument cannot be directly compared with the data measured by rotational viscometers, static shear forces, and rheometers.
