It can be directly connected to the pump body for use, without the need for water or oil injection, with food grade hygiene and durability, making it the best choice for domestic water pumps.

The EBARA raw water shielded motor is the latest generation of safety and hygiene grade motors, which is easy to use. It adopts a water lubrication design, and the filling liquid uses propylene glycol aqueous solution. It not only lubricates the bearings, but also has the functions of rust prevention of internal parts of the motor, prevention of freezing during storage, and heat dissipation inside the motor to avoid local heating.

In addition, propylene glycol can also be used as a food additive and is a safety product to avoid water pollution. The power cord and connector are specially designed with high water resistance and durability in an integrated form, which does not require special maintenance, is not easily deformed or broken, and has excellent electrical performance.

3. Oil filled motor (most domestic products belong to this type)

Before use, it is necessary to fill with cooling oil and lubricating oil, which can be repaired with mature technology and low cost. If there is oil leakage, it will have a certain impact on the quality.

The electric motor adopts rolling bearings, with small changes in axial clearance and smooth operation. In order to withstand the upper and lower axial forces generated during the operation of the water pump and eliminate the influence of rotor movement on the mechanical seal, two centripetal thrust ball bearings are used at the lower part of the motor to lock and position the rotor axially. The locked motor rotor eliminates the gap between upper and lower movement. Therefore, when the leakage of the mechanical seal is small and the wear resistance is good, the working conditions of the motor stator winding and bearings are well guaranteed. With the help of the sleeve coupling, the phenomenon of impeller wear due to upper and lower movement is eliminated during the operation of the water pump, thereby improving the service life of the water pump.
