Stainless steel bellows valve
This series of valves is specifically designed for the transmission and control of high-purity gases and corrosive, flammable, toxic media, as well as for use under high vacuum conditions. It has been widely used in industries such as electronics, petroleum, chemical engineering, and scientific research.
The upper and lower ends of the metal ripple are welded together with the regulating system, forming a metal barrier between the transmission medium and the atmosphere, ensuring that the valve is applied in some demanding fields without leakage. This design replaces the traditional cylindrical rotating seal of the valve stem with a flat static seal, making the airtightness of the valve stem more reliable during rotation.
The gas leakage rate of this series of valves is less than 2 × 10-7 Pa L/s, operating temperature is -100 ℃ -200 ℃, maximum operating pressure is 1.0Mpa.

After electric polishing treatment, the surface roughness of the pipe wall can reach Ra ≤ 0.1, which not only removes the dirt and oxide layer on the metal surface, but also makes the surface smooth and shiny to the mirror level, thus avoiding the adsorption and retention of the medium during transmission, forming impurities and "heat sources". The polished pipeline was carefully cleaned, and the entire packaging process was carried out in a dust-free working environment to avoid potential secondary pollution caused by subsequent work.
