5、 Preparation before starting stainless steel horizontal centrifugal pump:

1. Test whether the motor rotation is correct. When viewed from the top of the motor towards the pump, it rotates clockwise. The test time should be short to avoid causing mechanical tightness

2. Open the exhaust valve to fill the entire pump body with liquid, and then close the exhaust valve when it is full.
3. Check if all parts are normal.
4. Manually rotate the pump to allow lubricant to enter the mechanical seal end face.
5. High temperature type should be preheated first, with a heating rate of 50 ℃/hour to ensure uniform heating of all parts.

1. Fully open the inlet valve.
2. Close the valve of the discharge pipeline.
3. Start the motor and observe if the pump is running correctly.

4. Close the inlet valve.
5. If parking for a long time, the liquid in the pump should be drained completely.

6、 Precautions for stainless steel horizontal centrifugal pump:
1. Water pumps below 7.5kw can be equipped with seismic isolation pads and installed directly on the foundation; When the power is above 7.5kw, it can be installed directly with the casting foundation, or our unit can use the IS connection plate to install the shock absorber. The installation method of the shock absorber is the same as that of the shock absorber matched with the ISG pump, and the size of the shock absorber is the same as that of the same specification water pump in the ISG pump train.
2. Before installation, check if the fasteners of the unit are loose and if there are any foreign objects blocking the flow channel of the pump body to avoid damaging the blades during the operation of the water pump

3. The weight of the pipeline should not be added to the water pump during installation to avoid deformation of the pump.
4. The foundation bolts must be tightened during installation to avoid the impact of vibration on pump performance during start-up.
5. After installation, the pump shaft should be moved, and there should be no friction sound or jamming phenomenon of the impeller. Otherwise, the pump should be disassembled to check the cause.
6. There are two types of pump installation: rigid connection installation and flexible connection installation (see connection method).
7. For the convenience of maintenance and safety of use, install one regulating valve on each inlet and outlet pipeline of the pump, and install one near the pump outlet
