Stainless steel domestic water tankIt is mainly used as a device for storing domestic water, so it is generally recommended to only store domestic water. Other solvents can also be used, but liquids with high alkaline and acidic content, such as hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid, must not be stored. Some people also habitually place some debris on the top of the water tank, but these are not good, and children should not be allowed to tap or draw outside the water tank. Some maintenance personnel also need to observe the water tank regularly and promptly report any problems to the manufacturer. Also, do not frequently open the lid of the water tank, as it can pollute the water quality. Do not think that stainless steel water tanks will not last forever and will not pollute the water quality, so do not clean them. This is also not acceptable. It is still necessary to clean them regularly every year to eliminate toxins.
Stainless steel domestic water tankinstructions:
1. Stainless steel water tanks, as secondary equipment for storing domestic water, can only hold domestic water (fire water) and cannot hold hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, or liquids with high acidic or alkaline content.
2. During the use of the water tank, do not place other bulky equipment on the top of the tank, and do not use hard objects to randomly tap or draw the water tank layout and fittings. If there are any problems, notify the manufacturer's technical maintenance personnel and welding personnel in advance. It is required that they are professional personnel specializing in argon arc welding work, and the water should be drained during maintenance.
3. Maintenance personnel regularly observe the usage of main components and accessories inside and outside the water tank every month, and promptly report any problems to the manufacturer.
4. Do not open the water tank inlet cover casually to prevent secondary pollution of water quality. The water tank should be cleaned and disinfected 1-2 times a year.
Cleaning method:
1. Close the inlet valve, open the drain valve, and drain the water from the water tank completely;
2. Enter the water tank by climbing the ladder;
3. Clean the surroundings and bottom of the water tank with a clean mop or cloth. For those with severe bottom fouling, a soft towel and cleaning agent can be used to scrub;
4. Open the inlet valve and rinse the bucket wall and bottom with an appropriate amount of clean water to remove dirt from the drain outlet. Repeat this process multiple times if necessary until satisfactory;
5. Close the drain valve, open the inlet valve, and refill the water tank with water. The cleaning work is complete.
