In this case, Ruiyi Intelligent uses an Estun industrial palletizing robot as the core, matched with Ruiyi Intelligent's independently designed fixtures, and a specially customized conveyor line system for the customer's workshop. Simultaneously palletize different products on two production lines for customers.
The palletizing robot determines the arrival of products at the grabbing position and determines the type of feed based on different photoelectric detection signals on site. Then stack and stack different feeds separately. After completion, it will automatically prompt the on-site forklift operator to transport and replace the pallet with a new one.
According to the customer's production pace, Ruiyi Intelligent used a palletizing robot to complete the palletizing work of two production lines, improving equipment utilization and saving a lot of labor costs for customers, thus improving production efficiency.
