Centrifugal spray dryer is a kind of continuous atmospheric pressure dryer. The liquid material is rapidly centrifuged and sprayed into mist like droplets by pneumatic or electric atomization devices, which are instantly dried by contact with hot air in the drying chamber. Widely used in industries such as electronics, ceramics, magnetic materials, battery materials, food, medicine, and chemical engineering.

Working principle of centrifugal spray dryer:

After filtering and heating, the air enters the hot air distributor at the top of the dryer, and the hot air enters the drying chamber uniformly in a spiral shape. The feed liquid passes through the high-speed centrifugal atomizer at the top of the drying chamber, and the (rotating) centrifugal spray is formed into extremely fine atomized liquid beads, which are in parallel flow contact with hot air, dried into finished products in a very short time and fall. The finished product is continuously output from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is discharged by the induced draft fan through the dust collector.
