after-sale service:

1. Warranty service: The product is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of successful debugging. During the warranty period, any damage to the product caused by non-human factors will be repaired free of charge (note: vulnerable parts are not covered by the warranty).

2. Debugging service: If debugging is required, our company is responsible for sending personnel to the site for debugging, training operators, and after passing the debugging, the buyer will issue an acceptance report.

3. Training service: Both the supply and demand sides will cooperate in a friendly manner, and our company will send technical personnel to assist in guiding installation and debugging until the equipment can be used and operated normally.

4. Repair service: In the event of equipment malfunction that cannot be resolved by the buyer through repair, the supplier shall arrive at the site for service within three days after receiving notification.
