The heating furnace consists of upper and lower furnace bodies, and the shell is welded with H-shaped steel and thick steel plate. Low load, long-life flexible heating plates are arranged inside the furnace, and several layers of aluminum silicate needle punched blankets are laid between the heating plate and the shell, which are lightweight and have good insulation performance. The upper and lower furnace bodies are equipped with tensioning devices for quick connection and disassembly. Heating furnaces are used for post weld local annealing of spiral tube banks and related tubes and header assemblies (fillet welds) in boiler manufacturing.
