Spiral sand water separator, also known as spiral sand water separator, is a mechanical equipment that separates the sand water mixture discharged from the sedimentation tank in the primary sewage treatment process. The spiral sand water separator can remove impurities such as sand, stones, and inorganic substances. It is an ideal supporting environmental protection equipment such as sedimentation tanks and aeration sedimentation tanks.
The sand water mixture enters the storage tank through the flange connection at the top of the spiral sand water separator. The specially designed water dispersing tray inside the box collects water in the sink. In the sand water mixture, sand and gravel gradually settle in the spiral U-shaped groove at the bottom. The hollow belt spiral slowly rotates to push the gravel towards the upper outlet, naturally dehydrating and removing it.
Under the drive of the driving device, the sand water separator allows the sand water mixture to enter the water tank from the top of the spiral sand water separator. The sand particles and debris with higher specific gravity in the mixture settle at the bottom of the U-shaped groove. Under the push of the spiral blade, the sand particles are lifted upward along the inclined U-shaped groove bottom, and continue to move a certain distance away from the liquid surface. After the sand particles are fully dehydrated, they are discharged through the sand discharge port to the sand collection box, and the water separated from the settling sand is discharged from the overflow port. The spiral sand water separator is mainly composed of shaftless spiral blades, U-shaped grooves, water tanks, diversion devices, and driving devices. This equipment is mainly suitable for sand water separation of the sand water mixture discharged from the sedimentation tank of sewage treatment plants.

【 Installation Instructions 】
1. Check the installation dimensions of the spiral sand water separator, whether the power supply and distribution are intact, and turn on the spiral sand water separator;

3. During the installation of the spiral sand water separator, all connecting bolts must be securely connected;
4. The power allocation should be determined based on the working conditions, conveying medium, installation angle, and conveying length;
