1、 Equipment Overview

The LYZ spiral press is a supporting equipment for the grid cleaning machine, which presses and removes the moisture from the grid residue picked up by the grid machine, reducing the volume of the grid residue. Suitable for continuous and uniform conveying of loose, viscous, and easily entangled materials, with a maximum conveying temperature of up to 100 ℃ and a maximum inclination angle of less than 45 °.

3、 Working principle

The driving reducer drives the blade shaft to rotate, and the spiral saves angle to generate forward thrust, thereby squeezing the material into the pressing tube. The squeezed material is discharged from the discharge port, while the wastewater is separated and enters the drainage tank to achieve the purpose of separation.
