Product Usage:
The QJC-G series products are the third-generation intelligent vacuum oil filters specially developed and manufactured by Dingneng Company for high viscosity lubricating hydraulic thin oils.
The purpose of QJC-G series vacuum oil filtration treatment is to eliminate particles, moisture, gases and other pollutants in the oil, and to reduce the acid value. Make the oil clear and transparent, restore its performance, and extend its service life as much as possible.

The QJC-G vacuum oil filter is an independent oil purification and filtration system with a modular structure, which can be connected in parallel with the user's oil system for online circulation filtration, or moved to an oil processing station for offline oil filtration.
In addition to reliable filtering and oil purification functions, the equipment can also conveniently switch valves for separate oil pumping, injection, and replenishment functions to meet various on-site usage requirements.
Purification principle:
The filtration of high viscosity oil mainly requires overcoming several technical difficulties, such as poor fluidity, difficulty in oil inlet, filtration blockage, and poor vacuum separation effect. Dingneng Company has independently developed high-pressure suction circulation heating technology, which can easily raise the temperature of high viscosity oil to around 50 ℃, improve the fluidity of the oil, and then purify the oil through three-dimensional flash evaporation, coalescence and water separation, multi-stage filtration.
Product features:
Strong impurity removal ability: The ultra large area cylindrical high beta value precision filter material filters and gradually densifies to remove fine particles from the oil, with a large pollutant holding capacity. The magnetic pre filter at the oil suction port can adsorb fine impurities containing metal and iron, and is equipped with an automatic detection function for filter element contamination.
High efficiency in water and gas removal: Adopting Dingneng's patented three-dimensional evaporation and dehydration system, equipped with a high viscosity oil specific atomization device, multi-level oil-water separation, and rapid separation of water and gas in the oil.
● Control acidity formation: Acid is formed by the interaction between water and metal particles generated in the system. By effectively removing impurities, water and gas, reducing air mixing, preventing the formation of acidity, reducing oil oxidation to a very small level, maintaining the lubrication performance of the oil, improving system reliability, and extending the service life of the oil.
Low energy consumption heating: The system adopts low-density S-shaped circulating carbon fiber heating technology for high viscosity oil, with linear heating to prevent oil cracking, low energy consumption, and stable oil temperature.
