Operation:
Weigh the clinker, gypsum or other materials to be ground.
Before entering the mill, the material should be crushed to ensure that the particle size of the material is less than 7mm.

Cover the grinding door tightly, tighten the compression nut, be careful not to make the grinding door deviate and leak, and then cover the cover door.

If it is required to sample and inspect the fineness or specific surface area of the material during the grinding process, it is necessary to stop the machine for 2-3 minutes and wait for the powder to settle before opening the grinding door for sampling. When the grinding reaches the specified time, the mill should automatically stop. After stopping, replace the grid orifice plate and start the mill to dump the material until it is completely emptied.

Installation and debugging methods:
After disassembling the test grinding box, the exterior of the entire machine should be wiped clean, and the gear reduction motor, grinding machine, housing, bearing seat, and other parts should be carefully inspected for any damage during transportation. Fasteners should be tightened for looseness. Then for hoisting, the ropes should be tied to the seat and not to the casing, shaft, or motor to avoid damaging the parts.
When installing, the oil and dirt on the support base plate should be cleaned first. The surface of the cement foundation should be flat, and after the support is placed steadily, it should be fastened with anchor bolts (steel pads are allowed to be used for leveling).
Before testing, the grinder and casing should be checked. If there is any collision, it should be adjusted to avoid collision; Check if the grinding door cover is tightly closed and not loose; Check the lubrication condition of the bearing seat and the reduction motor. If there is no lubricating oil, it should be filled to the indicator line in the oil window.
Rotate the grinder by hand for more than one cycle and check for any abnormal conditions such as collision or inflexibility.

After starting, if it is found that the running direction does not meet the requirements, the power supply can be disconnected.
