Composition of monitoring system

The tunnel monitoring system of this project consists of the following components:

Install necessary monitoring equipment at appropriate locations on the tunnel site to monitor real-time traffic and environmental conditions, and convert the monitoring results into signals in real time.

Install necessary control and guidance equipment at appropriate locations on the tunnel site, release traffic guidance information, and provide means to guide the orderly operation of traffic flow.

Install on-site controllers at the tunnel site to centrally manage all monitoring, control, and induction equipment within a certain area of the tunnel, collect detection signals from monitoring equipment, control information dissemination from control and induction equipment, and manage the working status of all equipment.

Install necessary alarm devices at the tunnel site to provide alarm means in case of accidents occurring inside the tunnel;

Set up centralized management equipment for alarm devices in the monitoring and management station to centrally manage tunnel alarm information;

Set up image processing equipment to centrally manage real-time monitoring images of tunnels;

Set up a centralized control system for the tunnel to directly and centrally manage the on-site monitoring business of the tunnel;

Set up a certain scale of main control equipment and alarm equipment in the control room of the substation at the entrance of the tunnel, with the ability to conduct on-site management of tunnel monitoring business when necessary.

Configure network equipment at the tunnel site, control room of the tunnel substation, and monitoring management station, lay signal transmission light and cables at the tunnel site, and use the information transmission platform of the communication system to form a multi-level network system, so that the tunnel site, substation, and monitoring management station can achieve data information interconnection at multiple levels.

Configure image transmission equipment in the tunnel site, tunnel substation control room, and monitoring management station room to enable interconnection and intercommunication of image information at multiple levels among the tunnel site, substation, and monitoring management station.

Install operating systems, database systems, and application software on various controllers, workstations, and servers to support the entire monitoring system in achieving the desired functionality.

Monitoring system requirements

(1) Video surveillance system functions:

1. Monitor the situation around the entrance and exit of the tunnel, and in the event of a traffic accident, conduct real-time monitoring and record alarm feedback.

2. Tunnel entrance vehicle height detection

3. Automatically detect road traffic flow

4. Abnormal driving conditions (slow driving, congestion, reverse traffic, illegal parking)

5. Road residue detection

6. Pedestrian crossing detection

2) Environmental monitoring system:

2. Vehicles caught fire in the tunnel, smoke detection and alarm sounded.

Industrial Ethernet Switches

1. Can be used to build self-healing fiber optic ring networks, ensuring that in the event of a network breakpoint, it does not affect the communication of the entire network, and the self-healing time is not greater than 200ms;

2. Industrial Ethernet switches should adopt a card rail installation, fanless design, and redundant 24V DC power input;

3. The working temperature range is -10 ℃ to 60 ℃, and the electromagnetic compatibility index should meet industrial requirements;

4. Supports any combination of Ethernet twisted pair cables and optical ports.

5. Support network topologies such as bus type, star type, self-healing ring type, etc;

6. Technology: Supports IEEE802.3, IEEE802.3u, IEEE802.3x; Support 802.1D priority (4 queues); Flow control 802.3x; supports SNMP/DHCP protocols; Support VLAN partitioning; SNTP (Simple Network Clock Protocol); Multicast filtering (GMRP); Support IGMP Snooping function;

7. Number of expandable loop network devices: no less than 48 units;

8. Process type: storage and forwarding;

9. MTBF: ≥ 200000 hours;

10. Equipped with network management function, the network management software should support a Chinese operation interface and be able to generate the actual network topology online;

11. RJ45 port: see drawings and list for details;

12. Fiber optic interface: refer to the drawings and list for details;

13. The longest distance between any two adjacent nodes: single-mode fiber shall not be less than 40km;

14. The enclosed DIP design meets the dust prevention requirements.

15. There are power failure alarms and port failure alarms.
