The solid conical nozzle square series is divided into four types:

G-SQ detachable cap and blade 1/8 "-1/2" NPT or BSPT (internal)

GG-SQ detachable cap and blade 1/8 "-1/2" NPT or BSPT (external)

H-SQ overall 1 "NPT or BSPT (inner) bar 11/4" -6 "NPT or BSPT (inner)

HH-SQ overall 1/8 "-3/4" NPT or BSPT (external)

Design Features

G-SQ/H-SQ series nozzles are characterized by solid conical spray shape, square spray area and jet flow angle of 40 ° -105 °.

G-SQ/H-SQ series nozzles can produce spray with uniform distribution and medium to large droplet size under a wide range of pressures and flow rates. This uniform spray distribution comes from blade design, large and smooth flow passage and advanced jet control characteristics. This nozzle is very suitable for installation in the rectangular spray area requiring full coverage.

The G-SQ and GG-SQ series nozzles have detachable caps and blades, which can be disassembled and inspected without removing the nozzle body from the manifold or branch pipe.

The H-SQ series nozzle has detachable blades.
